When raising a helpdesk issue and requesting activation codes please specify the following:


  1. Which customer and/or contract are they for?
  2. Are there any specific attributes required to be set (e.g privacy_url, help_url etc.)?
  3. How many activation tokens do you need?
  4. When do you need them by?


NOTE: Some customers manage their own set of activation codes via their own service desk.  Please therefore check with you own internal IT service desk first before contacting the helpdesk.
