If you are experiencing issues with the Android App you may need to reset and re-activate. You can do this by completing the following steps:


  1. Go to the settings on your mobile device.
  2. Click on 'Application Manager' or 'Apps'.
  3. Select 'Mobile Worker' (or something else if you have a re-branded Mobile Worker App).
  4. Click on 'Storage' or 'Data'.
  5. Click on 'Clear Storage/Data' and 'Clear Cache'.


Once done your application will have reset. When you next launch it you will be prompted for an activation code.


This can be supplied either from your own IT support team or from raising a helpdesk issue with us and requesting one.


If you cannot access these settings then your mobile device maybe controlled by an IT policy and mobile device management software.  If this is the case then please contact your own IT support team.
